We recently experienced an issue where some newly uploaded videos and recent live streams were not saving or appearing correctly in the library and on some channel pages.
This issue has now been fully resolved. All new uploads and live stream archives going forward should save and display normally in your library and on channel pages.
During the incident:

Some new uploads did not show up or appeared with missing data.

Some recent live streams were temporarily unavailable for replay after ending.
If you uploaded a video or ended a live stream during this time and it is still missing from your library, you will need to reupload that content or re-stream it, as it was not saved correctly.
If you run into any new issues with uploads or streams after this notice, please open a support ticket with the video/stream URL (if available) and approximate upload/stream time so we can review it directly.
