We believe in FAIR USE and 100% will not allow fake copyright claims to be used as a way to censor.

Miscellaneous Information

(iv) We may assign our rights and obligations under this Terms of Use and we shall be relieved of any further obligation.

FTJ Live Streaming Settings and Responsibilities

When you use the FTJ Live streaming features or any live broadcast functionality on FTJ Media, you are responsible for configuring your broadcasting/encoding software or hardware correctly. To help ensure a stable and high-quality experience for viewers, you must use settings that are compatible with our live streaming infrastructure.

Required Live Streaming Settings

To use FTJ Live, you should configure your encoder with at least the following baseline settings:

• Resolution: 1280×720 (720p) at 30 FPS.

• Video bitrate: 1,500 – 4,000 Kbps.

• Audio bitrate: 128 – 256 Kbps.

• Audio codec: AAC, stereo, with a sample rate of 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz.

These settings are subject to change as our platform evolves, and it is your responsibility as a streamer to review and follow the most current recommendations published by FTJ Media in our documentation or announcements.

Your Encoder and Network Are Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own encoder configuration, hardware, software, and internet connection, including upload bandwidth and local network stability. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, your local environment or ISP performance.

If you fail to use appropriate settings, or if your connection, hardware, or software cannot maintain a stable stream, you understand and agree that any resulting issues—including buffering, dropped frames, audio/video sync problems, or disconnections—are your responsibility, not ours. FTJ Media is not liable for poor stream quality or failures arising from your configuration, equipment, or network.

No Guarantee of Live Stream Quality or Uptime

Even when you follow the recommended settings above, live streaming performance can still be affected by factors beyond our control, such as internet backbone issues, third-party infrastructure, routing problems, or attacks on network providers. We do not warrant or guarantee any specific bitrate, resolution, latency, or uptime for live streams, unless we have a separate written service-level agreement (SLA) with you.

Content Restrictions

No Adult/Porn Vids are allowed.
No Virus/spam/Warez Videos are allowed.
No nudity Vids are allowed.
Videos must be in accordance with the law.

Section 230 Policy

We are an interactive computer service as defined by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, and we rely on the protections provided by Section 230(c)(1) and (c)(2).

We do not create or develop the content published by our users, and we are not responsible for the content they publish. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that we believe violates our terms of service or is otherwise objectionable, in good faith.

However, we are not responsible for the content that we do not remove or restrict access to, even if it is unlawful or objectionable. We will not be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by our users. We are not liable for any actions taken by our users, including any defamatory, illegal, or objectionable content they publish.
